TactileStimulator

The finger-tapping paradigm is the one of the most popular task for functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). The results of the using this exam is activation of motor and sensory region in the brain. However, is doesn’t show individual activation for this modality separately. Neuro Device was designed and produced the TactileStimulator for exclude the influence motor activation.

The stimulator is compatible with MRI environment. On the surface, an interface has drawtubes (blunt-ended pins), which are arranged on a square 5x5 (matrix). TactileStimulator can be to integrate with third-party stimulus software such as nordicActiva, Presentation®, E-Prime®, Superlab™, MATLAB®, and others.

TactileStimulator can occur in several variants of interface matrix depending on customer needs, also with Braille character.
